We’re now accepting applications for artists and vendors to participate in the 2nd Annual Epic Vibe Fest, an indoor arts & culture festival celebrating local creativity, community, and small creative businesses. Pay $25 Application

🎉 About the Event
Now in its second year, Epic Vibe Fest brings together visual artists, makers, and creatives in a high-energy, family-friendly environment. Estimated foot traffic is 2,000–3,000 attendees, with potential for more due to paid advertising campaigns launching in January.
🗓 Application Timeline
• Application Deadline: February 2, 2025
• Artist Notifications: By February 9, 2025
• Late applications will be placed on a waitlist
🎨 Eligibility
This event supports only local, original creators.
🚫 No brand-name, mass-produced, manufactured, or CBD products.
All applicants must be the original creators of their work.
💲 Fees
• $25 non-refundable application/jury fee (applied to booth fee if accepted)
• Artist/Vendor Booth Fee: $125 (10’ x 10’) Food Vendors: $200 for 10x10, $400 Food Trucks and Trailers
• Optional booth location selection: $25
• If selected full booth payment due by February 9, 2026

• Each image uploaded as a separate file
• Previous booth photo encouraged
