Join us for the 2nd Annual Create Epic Vibe Fest, an exciting indoor, daylong celebration of art, music, food, and community—hosted inside The Epic Rec Center in Grand Prairie, Texas. This vibrant festival is dedicated to uplifting local and emerging artists, musicians, and small businesses, while creating an inclusive, family-friendly experience for all.
All events and activities are FREE and open to the public.

Now in its second year, Epic Vibe Fest brings together visual artists, makers, and creatives in a high-energy, family-friendly environment. Estimated foot traffic is 2,000–3,000 attendees, with potential for more due to paid advertising campaigns launching in January.
🗓 Application Timeline
• Application Deadline: February 2, 2025
• Artist Notifications: By February 9, 2025
• Late applications will be placed on a waitlist
🎨 Eligibility
This event supports only local, original creators.
🚫 No brand-name, mass-produced, manufactured, or CBD products.
All applicants must be the original creators of their work.
• Artist/Vendor Booth Fee: $125 (10’ x 10’) Food Vendors: $200 for 10x10, Food Trucks and Trailers $300
• If selected, full booth payment due by February 4, 2026
